EIPM has developed a methodology to help the global purchasing organisation to assess existing capabilities, identify critical skills & gaps for improvement through an easily applicable robust Talent development model that is consistent year after year. Objective is to enable Companies to identify a customized Training & Development Plan for each division of the overall Sourcing Community

The Talent Assessment model covers:
12 Job Positions in Purchasing: Senior Executive Level, Expert Buyers, Key Commodity Managers, Procurement Managers, Buyers, Site Buyers, Area Managers, Supplier Quality Assurance, Warehouse & Inventory Roles etc
30 Activities (Strategy, Management, Sourcing, Supply Chain¡) & 6 macro competencies (Management, Sourcing, Decision making, Personal Development, Peripheral Technical¡)
For each competency, individuals will be assessed:
   >On their level of theory (knowledge)
   >On their level of practice (know-how)
   >On their attitude (know-how to be)

Purchasing professionals often wonder what the salary policy is in other companies. This is not a taboo anymore and it is important for everyone to have an objective comparison with other fields of activity. Data is missing and it's not easy to find precise answers to the questions of buyers. That is why EIPM has decided to collect the maximum information in order to create for the first time an Worldwide Salary Index of Jobs in Purchasing. We are now aiming at including China in this Global Survey.
The EIPM Salary Survey will then take the definitive snapshot of salaries and employment market trends across China Procurement Teams
The enquiry takes place on EIPM European website and will take about 5 to 10 minutes to answer.
We assure the strict confidentiality of each Individual's response.
Receive Results Immediately!
Participation is Free & on a Voluntary basis.
You will receive a code at the end of your survey, which appears on the screen. This same code will also be sent to you by email.
Keep this confidential code so you may benchmark your salary over time as more respondents join the survey!
Help us achieve the objective of creating a Worldwide Purchasing Salary Index.
